As you meander along your ascension journey, challenges will appear that are based on old wounds. Emotional traumas, hidden energetic locks, and recurring struggles. Past life issues, ancestral lineage patterns, and inner child wounds.

While there are many different types of causes, we would like to keep it as simple as possible with how you cleanse and heal from these issues. It is important, as you go through your ascension journey, to address each one of these types of healings. However, take it at a pace that is easy for you.

We recommend beginning with inner child healing to help your inner child feel more joyful and free to be creative in the world. Next, soul fragmentation healing and emotional healing.

After that, we recommend past life cleansing and healing. This is where many of the recurring struggles have their roots: within past life issues. Past life healing often requires a significant amount of time. However, only one past life issue will appear at a time. Offering you breaks that can span one month or several months in between each past life issue appearing.

While your soul lessons are attached to past life issues, these may take years to overcome. Past life healing will help to a certain extent. Then the remainder of the healing occurs when you step out of your comfort zone to fulfill your soul purpose.

After past life healing, we recommend ancestral lineage clearing and healing.

Be sure your daily spiritual practice contains a variety of tools. At times, certain tools will work better than others. This is why you have a variety.

As you ascend higher, the tools that work for you will change. What worked in the past may not work in the present. And what is ineffective in the present may be perfect in the future. Try a variety. Find what works best for you in the present moment and modify it as needed.

All of which represents the wisdom your soul has gained across numerous lifetimes. These beautiful gifts are yours. They remain with you for eternity.

Bring them into your human lifetime, into your human experiences. Do this through sharing love and light with yourself and others, and doing more of what brings you joy. Your soul purpose is doing that which brings you joy.

You are a beautiful soul of light, here to shine brightly. To uplift your life first, which also ripples out to uplift humanity as a whole. You are a spark of the collective consciousness.

We are here for you always. When you have a challenge and need to view it from a broader perspective, call upon us. And then be patient while we align your answer to appear in a way that you can recognize it and understand it.
